Avis Car Rental

This is the 3rd vacation ive had and used this company. Zero issues every single time. Great customer service and easy online booking. Car was great, and I got exactly what was advertised. Checking out took 2 seconds and I was home relaxing from travel.

Rented a full size car from Anderson Location, was upgraded to A suv because I am president club of Avis, the car was super clean and full tank of Gas, manager was super friendly, I think her name was kinna. I rent quite a bit from Enterprise but now regular to Avis. Will return to this location on a regular basis. Niteshkumar Naik. Seneca SC.

Drove 40 minutes for a blank trip. Had the car to be picked up at 6 when I made it there they was closing and said there was nunthing they could do for me. Told me to come back tomorrow like I didn’t waste my time and gas.

I made the reservation online and didn’t notice that my destination to drop off the vehicle didn’t go through. It went back to Anderson, South Carolina, where I was gonna pick it up. After I made the reservation, I noticed this. So I called Avis and the lady told me to just come in and they will switch it. She said the reason why it wouldn’t do that is because I had to pay more money which I figured and I was OK with that. I asked her how much more money it was gonna cost me and she would not tell me. She said she didn’t know. I asked her if there was gonna be a security deposit and she said she didn’t know just to come in. I’m on a budget so it was kind of important to know how much everything was gonna cost. So I was kind of scared because I had to spend a lot of money on an Uber to ge

If I could give it a zero start I would, Dylan was rude and stayed on the phone with his wife the whole time then couldn’t assist me when I was asking questions about how to get my refund! I would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere!
