The staff at this location were friendly and efficient, and my car was ready on time. I’m very pleased with the experience and would choose them again.

Daniel was really great. I had to extend my rental car several times and he made me feel comfortable about it the whole time. Very great customer service and the car was perfect for me. They took excellent care of me, and I was in and out of there so quickly it amazed me. Very nice people running the place! I even lost an expensive small flashlight in the car and went back two days later and it was sitting in their lost and found. I never expected to get it back.

This Avis location has the most UNPROFESSIONAL Service Team of any Avis location that I have visited in the past. After speaking to management, it was clear as to why their Customer Service Employees are so rude. I will avoid this location at all costs in the future. This is just the tip of my experience: A reservation was made for me by a company that I am contracted to work for. From what I was told by the "Customer Service" Rep. at this location, the price I received for a 7-Day Full Size rental was substantially lower then she would get using her own Employee Discount. I inquired if a hybrid model might be available, as I've done in the past and received with no problem. I was told "No, that would be in a much higher cost bracket.
