Avis Car Rental

Von took great care of me and taught me something new with my bank! Thanks Von appreciate you! Not even 2 hours later the car has ran hot and cut off you can’t get directly to a store constantly transferred to customer service then roadside and when connected to roadside it disconnects. I need somebody from this store to call meASAP way too much has been spent to be shut down in less than 2 hours it’s vibrating and shuts off immediately. Agreement number 481321643

Impressive operation here!!! About 20 customers waiting in line for check-in, one employee actually working, and what looks like a whole team hanging out in the parking lot. Apparently the strategy is to see how long customers can stand in line before giving up. I’ve always paid extra for Avis thinking it meant better service and avoiding the usual rental car circus. Turns out now it’s just the same circus… except the tickets are more expensive. To make things even more impressive, when I politely asked the employee if another line could be opened — especially since there were several employees casually standing around outside — she shouted at me and the other customers that they could not open another line. Went in today reservation couldn’t be pulled up system was behind. Sharnise was the only rep working in the office, it was at least 8 people waiting. She was super friendly, kind, very understanding and went above and beyond for all of us. This young lady was the best I’ve encountered at any Avis even back home in Palm Beach!!!!! We just had the best customer service with Sharnise at this location. After over 24 hrs of travel we arrived at Avis to rent a car. Sharnise got us an amazing vehicle that was big enough for 5 people with a ton of luggage. She was so warm and friendly and really though ahead of what our needs would be. A bright moment in the middle of our travel delays!

Ari made our experience exceptional from start to finish. She was clearly very busy and handling everything on her own, yet she remained professional, patient, and genuinely kind with every customer. Even though they had run out of standard rentals, she went above and beyond to find a solution and was able to accommodate us with an electric vehicle. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to helping customers truly stood out. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a great experience because of her. 10/10 service — I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Ari if you can!
