Avis Car Rental

Rented a pickup through Joe and the service was great. The truck upon arrival was a little dirty but not to bad. The truck was safe and smooth and Joe's service was above par. Not only would I recommend reaching out to Joe but I will return with my family to see him out next visit. Cheers joe

The customer service rep that helped me initially was nice and personable, but the terms of the rental that were discussed at check out did not match what was finally charged. When I returned the vehicle the service rep barely spoke at all, did not provide a receipt for the rental, and made zero indications that I would be charged any further fees. After calling their corporate number I was able to get some fees reversed but the overall service was not ideal and I would avoid this location. I rented through Budget rental and will likely not rent a car through them again due to the poor service experience.

Rented a car here and they took care of me. Great customer service. Will definitely rent from here again.

I originally was going to rent a car through another company, when I went to pick up that rental on the day we were supposed to leave town I found out that it wasn't going to work out. I was very stressed, but I called Avis and and they found me a vehicle to rent and the location was super close to where I live. The car rental came out to be much cheaper than I originally anticipated. The car we rented also got very good gas mileage so I spent less on gas than originally anticipated. Thank you so much Avis! Because of you we had a wonderful trip and it turned out to be much more affordable because things didn't work out with the other rental company. I will continue to come here and use Avis in the future.
