I had a wonderful experience with this location. I rented to drive for Uber for over 1 and 1/2 years now. Mrs.Frye is amazing! She's very helpful, and honest. Had to deal with a horrible experience at Hertz and came here to see if they could accommodate my needs. They were kind, professional, efficient, and had the vehicle I needed to rent onsite. They walked me through a painless process with the rental. I would highly recommend the Berwyn Avis if you need to rent a car in the area and I would definitely stay away from Hertz
