We had such a great experience at Avis thanks to Sumar! We booked a car early in the morning, but when we arrived, there were no sedans available anywhere in Baltimore, even at the airport. Instead of sending us away, Sumar went above and beyond—he instantly upgraded us to a Chevrolet Suburban, their highest car class (normally around $80/day), but gave it to us at the regular price. That kind of customer care and quick problem-solving really saved our day. He didn’t just say “no cars,” he actually made sure we had a solution. Even though we originally just needed a sedan, his effort made the whole rental smooth and stress-free.
