Avis Car Rental

I always rent my cars from Avis/Budget because I get the best customer service from Billy. Keep up the good work and I will continue to rent my cars from you.

I had to try to draw the receptionist's attention 5 times and was given attention only once only to not fulfill my request completely after which he proceeded to talk to someone else randomly on the phone. After this the receptionist just gave me the cold shoulder when I tried to draw his attention again. Avis should close this center if it doesn't intend to do business, because that's what I felt like as a customer.

Poor management. Got a really bad experience twice in a row. They called 2 hrs before my reservation and told that they don’t have cars anymore and second time they didn’t give us car because we used corporate reservation. They customer service agent that we spoke with told that it should be accepted but they didn’t honor it. Because of that we had to travel far to get the car and spend 3 times more. Don’t recommend it at all. I have been renting with hertz for more than 3 years and never had any issues with them. Avis is cheap and worst.

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE They overcharged me. I had to call customer service and email to investigate this place. Please check your receipt before pick up your car

Amazing experience! Had to rent a car for a work trip. The car was new, clean and had all of the necessary features for a comfortable trip. Customer service is friendly and accommodating, I will use the service again!!!
