Prices are lower than other car rental places in my area. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I had a great experience with Avis. I accidentally left my kids’ car seats in the rental and only realized the next day when I needed them for school. I called and spoke with Shawn, who was very helpful even though I didn’t have my reservation number on hand. He managed to track down my details and made sure the car seats were kept safe until I picked them up. The car I rented was also in excellent condition. Overall, very happy with the service. thank you!
