Avis Car Rental

Avis is the worst car rental company. I rented a car and paid $373 from this place. I was only one week behind in returning it, meaning I still owed for one week before the start of the second week. I called Avis for roadside assistance because the car (an EV) kept dying. They towed the car the same day I called, but one week later, they claimed they had received it and charged me over $1,200. Normally, I should have been charged only $373. They even charged me for days when they didn’t have the car, despite knowing I had called them to tow it, a service that was included in the contract. Once the towing company received the car, I thought the issue was resolved, but no, they charged me for that as well. They are thieves. I wish I could give 0 star

I’ve been dealing with Avis in Moon for about two months now , they are all around amazing! Tammie deals with the Uber Rentals and by far makes the process easier every week. She’s amazing , always smiling and just makes the process a breeze. Any questions or concerns they address and have the answers for right then and there. There is no waiting around wondering with them. No hesitation when it comes to renting they will always be my go too! I would most definitely 10/10 recommend with a smile on my face! They are dedicated to making the process easy and a breeze. And if you Uber trust Tammie is the lady to see !!!

I just started driving for Uber and, because I don’t have a car, I’m renting from this location. The woman there, Tammie, really went out of her way to help me. Honestly, when I was going out there, I wasn’t sure that it would work out, but she went above and beyond to help me. She still does, every week. I am so grateful for all of her help. I highly recommend

The people at the Avis rental place were very friendly. I was a bit late however they still accommodated me. The car was beautiful and I had a wonderful time driving it around the city of Pittsburgh. I would definitely recommend this Avis location to anyone looking to rent in the area

I love this location…. I was in need of a vehicle for Uber, I was told that I had to Wait for a couple of days, The next day, I got a call saying that they had a Uber car for me…. I went in the next day. I got the car the next day… They truly went out of their way to help me out.
