I've been renting cars from this location for some time now. I've always had the pleasure of working g with Tony. He provides great service and has good clean cars available for me. Will continue to rent from here. 😊 I just wanted to give an update. I rented from here again, and somehow, my wife left some items in the vehicle. Tony gave me a call asap to retrieve them. Tony is always on top of things. We appreciate this guy! Awesome! I also mentioned to Tony that I am highly satisfied with the vehicles provided to us.
Return the vehicle. It was not even noticeably short on gas. If I wanted to put gas in, so I did $3 worth to top it off when I returned, he told me. I was late, of course, he told me that after he had already charged my card. When I bought it to his attention He said he would take care of it.But what he did was charge my cart again for another three hundred dollars, and now i'm still waiting for a refund over a week ago $325 the manager initiated this disaster and won't fix it.
Top notch customer service. We need more people like Tony and his son in customer service positions. Update: If there was anyone on here complaining about customer service, I just wanted to advise you that when you call when the lines are busy, or during non-business hours, you will be rerouted to an international call. I just had to deal with some angry guy in Jamaica, and then a girl from India. Wait to call for when you can talk to someone from this Cypress location. The international help line don't seem knowledgeable at all.
Booked a full sized sedan with them. Got to the office to find no sedans at all. They offered "a free mid sized SUV upgrade" with a jeep compass. 1. Honor the booking. I booked a sedan for a reason 2. Jeep compass is not a mid sized SUV - be honest in your dealings. Not all your customers are as unaware as you would like. The young man behind the counter seemed apologetic at least, the older gentleman couldn't care less for not coming through on a booking his business promised a customer. We didn't pick up.
I always rent from Avis and this location is very convenient for me. Tony is a very good person to work with, he knows his customers and provides excellent customer experience. Thanks Tony
