Too bad there is no option for zero stars. This place is terrible and the employees are so rude. It is clear that they have an issue with women, because I was treated with complete disrespect. First let's start with the language barrier. It is very difficult to speak to someone there on the phone and feel confident that your reservation is secure because they speak such poor English. Second, after making a rental on Priceline, it was canceled by Avis. We found this out one day ahead of our scheduled rental. We scrambled and got a rental at Enterprise Denton instead. However, since we were driving large vehicles we decided to park in the large Avis parking lot and drive down to Enterprise, which did not have a parking lot that could accommodate a large vehicle. Make sure you avoid major accidents on the highway that are out of your control is all I can say. My return time was 6pm.....because of that accident I got to the office between 645 and 7 and dropped the keys in the box and they charged me another full day. Took the $16 they owed me from my deposit and another $34 and some change out of my account saying on the receipt I didn't turn in keys until 8am the next day. Definitely not happy. I've rented from other places before and dropped the car off after my alotted time and wasnt charged extra cause they give grace periods and stated we understand unforcene circumstances happen.

Horrible place to rent from called up there to make sure everything was good on my rental asked them questions thought i was good when i got there they said they don’t accept my credit card so now i dont get to spend thanksgiving with my family because they couldnt tell me ahead of time

This is the best experience I’ve ever had. The gentleman that works here was extremely helpful. I had a few issues and he handle them perfectly. My family was really depending on this suv for a drive to Florida and I have small children who were depending on this trip. I appreciate his professionalism and amazing management skills. My faith in Avis is restored.
