Avis Car Rental

Absolute worst! The saga continues. Now here to return my car, noone is here! Waiting for over a half an hour now. Can’t get any support from Avis, nowhere to drop off a key. Others here waiting to pickup and return cars! After waiting 1/2 hour Sergie finally shows up. Was waiting on the phone with Avis non-existent service the whole time. He provided an invoice to me with no extra charges, but don't trust that more won't show up after the fact particularly since by not being opened, the 1/2 hour grace period to return the car on time expired. Stay away!!! 2 Weeks later and Avis never released the hold on my credit card and are telling me it's my problem to deal with the Credit card company to rectify, they are washing their hands.

This place is legit! Prices are great and customer service is great too. The car I got was better than I was hoping for, super fly. Serge was amazing to work with, really knew his stuff and was able to explain to me the options available. There’s a great parking area in the back where you can safely park your vehicle. The rental car was clean and ready. Everything was punctual and professional. Very legit.

Rented a car and cleaned it all before i returned it the guy checked the car and said it was all good and looked clean he then proceeded to charge me extra for there apparently being hair in the car. I called about this and he claimed he charged the wrong car and would get back to me. They never got back to me and i’ve called multiple times for an update and they won’t answer the phone anymore.

Absolutely worse. Place opens at 7:30, he showed up at 7:55. The day before i spent an hour waiting for a car I reserved, too bad-they overbooked. Then they said the place accepted debit cards, they didn’t. Sergei the guy there was miserable, I was more than patient and he was still rude and unhelpful. Worst customer service ever. The guy is hobbling around and miserable-and taking it out on clients. Stay away.

rented a car for the weekend and left at 945 am asked when I had to have the car back on Sundays said 10 am is good. arrived at 10 am no one there to check me in person didn't come to help me for 20 minutes. then after I left checked my bill and was charged for an extra hour saying I was late 50 minutes late and charged 60 dollars extra was told nothing yet could do since he started the paper work and a certain time and don't put the return in till after I had already been waiting for him to come back from wherever he was it out me over the return window even though I was there waiting for him to come help me. do your self a favor do not rent from hear go to enterprise.
