Avis Car Rental

I rented from this Avis location for the first time and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process very easy. The car was clean, ready on time, and exactly what I needed. Even though it was my first rental at this branch, everything went smoothly from pickup to return. I would definitely rent from this location again.

Whenever I need to rent a car, I always go through Avis of Escondido. They have the best prices compared to other car rental companies in Escondido. The cars are always clean and well maintained. If they don’t have the exact car you booked on the website, they always have a similar car ready to go or they upgrade you. The staff is always polite and friendly. They are usually very busy and work past closing time to take care of their customers. I will absolutely rent from them again.

The reviews are true, proved it myself, no battery on remote key, deflating right front tire, disgusting car, rude condescending clerk with so much arrogance to customer's, charged me for unfair charges, just wicked, what a horrible place to make business with, about to ask for names of people responsible. Hopefully, they will at least be honest with their names. Got recordings where they do not accept responsibility about who to contact, lying about how and when to contact their supervisor, this place is just outrages, who are these clowns/clerks, and who is letting them continue? BBB has got to get involved, I will upload videos and pics of the disgusting vehicle and the arrogance and condescendence of the clerk responsible. Absolutely outrages! I'm shocked just by having to make a post

You may ask for a certain car when you book but you may not get it when you get there. Maybe a different kind of car or maybe no car at all. The guy said they overbooked by 7. So I got the last truck. I did not want a truck. And 7 other customers weren't going to get anything at all. Enterprise does this too so I guess this is just the way they all do business. Very bad in my opinion. The guy told me I was lucky to even get a vehicle. Well the internet booking gave me the reservation for an economy car so I didn't feel very lucky that my reservation was not properly honored.
