Avis Car Rental

Avis in Fort Pierce is the best car rental experience I’ve ever had. Eddie and Helen are world class individuals who always take care of us. Thank you for the recommendation on the vehicle. The van was top notch and basically brand new. Drives like a dream. Will be back time and time again.

This is not a review about Eddie & Helen - who were lovely enough - but rather about my experience trying to get an Uber Rental from Avis, which is one of the "approved partners" for Uber drivers to get a car to work with. Twice I called Avis, on two different days, to organize an Uber Rental. Both days I get there and the car I booked/reserved is not available. This is two different Avis locations, one in Port St Lucie & one in Fort Pierce. Also both times: the ONLY cars available for an Uber Rental are electric cars, and again BOTH times, just two options: a Mustang Mach E and a Chevy Bolt (same two cars, two different places). Maybe they share a fleet? I was told I should have called ahead to make sure the car was there, though I'd already completed pre-check just the night before and g

Had a last-minute car breakdown and needed a rental car late in the day. Eddie was terrific and helped us get into a car quickly and at a reasonable price. We will definitely use this location whenever we can. Strongly recommend this location.

Always great service here Eddie and Helen take great care of me !!!!! They always make sure I have a car and a good one that’s clean and ready to go picking it up and dropping it off is easy peasy. !!!!!!!

All associates here are great! Rent weekly and Ed always takes care of me. Makes sure cars are clean, low miles, etc. Great customer service!
