Kiran amazing Avis employee , fast service is a total professional very knowledgeable and accommodating. She made my experience easy and fun , will be renting with Avis through the Uber partners program in the nearest future because of her. Thank you Avis !!

Would give 0 star if allowed. The car they gave us has tire pressure light on, which would not go away. We refused the car on the spot and they charged us for 1 day rental. This is totally not acceptable.

What help the best a) haven't seen your picture b) no remembering c) you can forget the word I told you answering message forget that now Want and need spiritual leave

They gave us a car with both rear tires almost worn out last Friday(9/18) and we realized that tires were in very poor condition after driving around 1500 miles. We had to drive 200 miles in extreme dangerous condition to the nearest Avis location to exchange a safer car. So don’t go this location for your own safety.

Rented me a beat up Mazda and just shrugged when I pointed out the wheel was rubbing on the damaged wheel arch. Refused to refund and directed me to head office, who still haven’t replied to my email. Avoid.
