Avis Car Rental

This was a wonderful experience. We left Enterprise because they didnt have our vehicle and thankfully Avis came through. But I have to be honest, it was Carlos that made this all happen. He is such a professional, so kind and you can tell he knows what he is doing. He was able to resolve all of our issues and do it swiftly. Thank you so much Carlos for all of your help and giving us what we needed on your busiest day of the year-Thanksgiving. Thank you thank you 5 stars!!!

Daniel was a life saver! I came in last minute on a Friday night, 29 minutes before closing, no reservation, and he made the impossible, possible. He had such a great disposition and went out of his way to make sure my son and I were taken care of. Thank you, Daniel! I would definitely recommend to a friend!

First of all, let me start off by saying I love this place. I’ve been coming here for the past couple years already and never had one problem. Carlos and his staff always attended to my needs. I used to go to enterprise, but since they messed up a couple of times my reservations and sometime they Are rude when you try to correct them. Carlos and his staff are very knowledgeable and very polite to customers. I always recommend my friends and family to come to this location and ask for Carlos. Love the place love the experience. I’ll keep going to that location for a very long time.

I have been going to the Hialeah Gardens location more times than I am able to count. Service is always incredible and they always try and succeed at doing their best to accommodate me. Carlos and Eloy are the best!
