Avis in Hicksville is great! They are very accommodating. I scheduled a rental car online for a Saturday 2pm pickup without realizing they closed at that time. Ravi was still there when I arrived, some time after 2pm, and was so helpful. It was an easy pick up that was especially manageable because he was so patient, kind, and helpful. Thank you, Ravi!
Been here many times and always find service is fast and efficient, cars are solid and a quick in and out. The person who works there is also super helpful and friendly. He always makes sure you’re taken care of making the whole rental process seamless.
I always have the best experience at this Avis. I’ve been renting from them for years and everything has always been on point. Great customer service and people taht care to give you a car! I’ll be renting from them another 100 years.
Rented from this location 2 weeks ago. Did my reservation online and went smooth. I dealt with Ravi once I arrived. This was a family trip and he hooked it up all the way. Gave us a great vehicle and returning the vehicle was great as well. Ravi was awesome and the whole experience was great
