Avis Car Rental

I want to give a huge thank you to Scott and Julissa at Avis for their fantastic customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth and great experience with my rental. Honestly, this has been one of the best rental car experiences I’ve had in South Florida. Avis and Budget really stand out, not just for their cars, but for the people who make the process so easy and enjoyable. Scott and Julissa are amazing to work with, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and care. Highly recommend!

I had Melissa both times here and she was so wonderful. Not used to having car rental folks be that attentive and kind and could not say enough good things about this place and Melissa. Thank you so much!

Been using avis for years and this is the first location I get a dirty car, it looks like someone return it and gave it to me right away. Smell awful This was from yesterday

Terrible and liars!! In May, I had a reservation booked since January, and they called me the same morning stating they didnt have the vehicle and could not offer any substitues leaving me extremely inconvenienced for my trip. I decided to try again for my next trip this month and made a reservation months in advance and I even went in person the day before to confirm they would have the vehicle and was told there would be no problem. They again called me the same morning like 45 min before I was to pick up the vehicle at noon and said they were still waiting for returns to come in and would call me when one was available. This time I could not take any chances in ruining my trip so luckily I had a back up rental with Hertz that I was able to get. Avis never again!!!

First of all, I would like to state that you should never work with this branch! I wanted to rent a car for 4 months and they caused problems, I go to the branch every month for an extension. Nonsense. I have many problems with this branch. My first problem is that they did not return my deposit for the first rental. My second problem is that money is constantly being withdrawn from my card. My bank branch wants the transaction invoice, but they say they cannot send invoices for ongoing rentals. The third is why I am always going branch for extension. If the license plate was integrated, I would return it. But complain about you. you charge me two times this month and you said me its on hold.omg 1.978 usd will be on hold are you crazy
