They have cars, but won’t rent you one because they have reservations for the following day trash Avis 🗑️
If I could give zero stars I would I reserved a car because mine wasn't running and I needed to get to work after receiving 2 confirmation emails confirming my reservation and pick up time I got there just to find out there was no car for me and the person wasn't even there the airline gave me her card to call her . Her explanation was it takes 48 hours for your reservation to be set. No where did it say that why confirm my appointment and pick up then? No way to do business
Hands down the best service I’ve received from a car rental place anywhere! Call ahead to make arrangements and you’ll be taken great care of.
The Avis in the Jamestown airport is very convenient. I would recommend calling to confirm your reservation the night before but it is very easy!
The gentleman that works at this Avis is a great guy. Always friendly, super helpful & accommodating.
