From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly accommodating all while greeting customers with genuine smiles and positive energy. They made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Customer service like this is rare and truly appreciated. If you’re renting from AVIS in Lawrenceville, ask for Amin and Said they set the bar high and represent the company exceptionally well! 👏🚗✨

I had a great experience with Said at the Avis in Lawrenceville. The pickup process was quick and easy, and his customer service was excellent from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and made everything seamless. On top of that, I even received a complimentary upgrade, which was a really nice surprise. Said truly made the experience smooth and enjoyable! Come check them out and ask for Said!!

If I could put zero stars I would. This location in Lawrenceville is terrible. Me and my mom arrived to the location to pick up our car we had reserved. We were sent a email confirmation started we were booked and it was clear all our information was correct on our end, meaning my mom’s cell number and her email address. We we go inside the guys looks at us and says, “oh you didn’t get my text message? We don’t have any card available” we let him know that no we didn’t get the text. He began to say he sent it to a phone that wasn’t neither mine or my mothers, mind you the reservation clearly has my mothers phone number and email correct. He tries to argue with us about the number he had being the number we put on the reservation and then said there was no number there for our reservation.

I've rented from Avis more than five times now, and every experience has been excellent. A special shoutout to "Amin", who is always professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy. This kind of customer service is why I keep coming back. Highly recommended!

I wanted to provide an update to my previous review. Although my initial experience was not great when I called on Saturday, the young gentleman I spoke with on Monday completely turned the situation around. He was very helpful, took the time to listen to my concerns, and made me feel confident that the issue would be resolved. He handled everything professionally and ensured the incorrect charge was fixed. I truly appreciated the rapport he built during the conversation and the understanding he showed toward me as a customer. Thank you for addressing the situation and making it right. It made the overall experience worthwhile.
