Avis Car Rental

Outstanding service. Trevor, Amber, and DJ help me with a fellow Veteran that was having a rough day. I had a great experience the prior week with the Lexington Park Avis, that I knew they would be helpful. However, they exceeded all expectations. The veteran has serious health and mobility issues, and he was facing a financial crisis with his car in service. Without asking, the Lexington Park Avis Team had a car ready and worked with him to optimize his discount. They were so wonderful and demonstrated the true spirit of a community rental car company. My highest possible recommendation for whole team and please think of them first, they’ll be there for you too. Awesome job!

Rented a car in Georgia and drove it to the Lexington Park area for work. Found a screw in the tire and was slowly losing pressure. Trevor, Seth and Tyler took me in and patched the tire in less than 20 minutes. Fantastic service. Kudos to that team.

I can firmly state I’ve never had such a poor experience with Avis, and I’ve rented all over the country. The photos speak for themselves on top of finding prescription meds in the car, the person who I dropped the car off was straight up offended I was early and didn’t know the mileage of the vehicle. Then proceeded to ignore me… yea not ever going there again.

Great job to Trevor at this location. Have rented from here numerous times over the last year, the car always aren’t the cleanest but this time no issues whatsoever. Trevor and the guys very professional polite!

I do not blame the people that work there but I blame the corporation. They had nothing but a 12 passenger van to rent even with a reservation. Had to wait 1 1/2 hours for a vehicle. Kind of ridiculous. Also the place needs a renovation.
