The experience was great, Customer service was fast and easy. I will definitely be back for future business. Rented this 2022 Dodge Charger that was very clean with low mileage. Was very surprised with a orange rental car but received a lot of compliments.👍

I recently rented a car from this AVIS location in Linden, NJ, and it was a bit of a mixed experience. Like many others have mentioned in their reviews, I arrived to find that the specific car I had reserved was not available, and I wasn’t notified beforehand. Imagine hearing this when you are on your honeymoon at a foreign country and have to travel to Washington DC (from NJ). However, the staff member on duty tried to make things right. He reached out to other AVIS locations in the area and managed to secure another vehicle for us. Surprisingly, the car we ended up with was much better than the one we had originally reserved, and we were still charged the same rate. By far the worst experience ever! This place has the worst trucks and won’t even give you a refund for bad service! Do not recommend this place whatsoever!

Angel and Fernando are great. Both are extremely helpful and display customer concern and service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Avis location to anyone. They are a credit to Avis as well as helpful and courteous. My sincere thanks for their help and making our rental to Canada effortless.
