DONT USE THIS LOCATION! Two women took a car to Vermont for a weekend -three plus days. $400 cleaning fee? See images! No rain, no mountain bikes, no equipment. They rented me a black interior vehicle - and then charged me for road dust? That’s highway robbery

I wanted to reach out and warn any potential customers of what this avis.Location is doing. The attack her pictures are of a.Rental car that was returned and was and then charged the customer four hundred dollars for cleaning. The facility stated because the car was in such a horrid condition.And I was concerned that people with children are gonna get nailed to a cross because these people have no idea of what they're doing. This is from normal wear and tear.We had the car four days, and they considered this condition that we turned it in.As horrendous, and that is why they quote unquote, charged us that much. I find it appalling, that that little bit of dirt is considered horrendous.I'm so gratefulThey never saw the inside of my car.L o l. But please be warned.They will rip you off faster

RED FLAG ALERT‼️‼️ I rented an suv was supposed to be Toyota Rav for a week, they gave me another vehicle instead, they charged me a deposit which was normal but these people at the end charged me way more than what they were suppose to charge, they never gave me the credit back, on top of that they withdrew a fee for Tolls from my credit card now they are charging me another fee of $60 extra these people are thief’s I will never rent from them again $458.00 plus $22 when in all reality it was suppose to be $297, I called and they kept hanging up terrible service

Key was not working to unlock and lock the car, person behind the desk told me that’s how they got it and offered no solutions. My business utilizes fleet services, and we will never utilize this location again. I suggest you all do the same.

This airport will surprise you. The rental center has a very friendly professional staff, with a nice selection of vehicles to choose from. You walk less then 50 feet to your car, not no bus, to a train, to a plane non-sense. For years I’ve been taken amtrack to Philly airport. You are better of flying out of here for a couple of bucks more and have the convenience of having your car here when you return. I hope the airport purchases more nearby land for vehicle parking, as they grow and please don’t charge the residence of the nearby county’s parking fees!! That’s your unique selling point.
