If I can give it less I would. Twice now I have rented a car from here with no gas (and got charged for Gas even though I returned the car with the same amount of gas). I reserved a Premium Elite SUV, they didn't have it, gave me a minivan instead (still charged me for A Premium though). They make it seem like it's your fault they didn't have the car you reserved. The lady was like, you can either take it or leave. I waited an extra 20-30 minutes because they had to get the minivan ready. Sadly, this is the closest Avis to me and they know they can give bad customer service because it is the only one around. If I could rate it worst, I would.

I have never felt so disrespected in my entire life until I went to this Avis. Their employee Carmen genuinely has NO BUSINESS dealing with the general public in ANY capacity. When we walked in to pick up the car we paid for a week ago, she tells us “I don’t have a car for you because Avis always overbooks cars and it’s not my problem. Call customer service because I don’t want to deal with it.” I was immediately taken aback by her hostility and aggression. She did not even give us a chance to speak or ask a simple question. When I asked her what her name was, she comes up to me and starts YELLING IN SPANISH? By some miracle the man infront of us couldn’t book his car and she puts the guy on blast by telling us his credit cards are declining so we can have his car. When we asked her what k

No car available to pick up and the staff was very very rude. Never had such a bad experience with car rental. I would rather make a trip to a different location than coming back ever again. Unbelievable

Extremely unprofessional experience at this location. I am a resident of the building, but after the treatment I received from three staff members, I will not return. The reception was dismissive and snapped at me when I asked about car availability. Despite my patience, the situation escalated when I went to the adjacent bike room to check my personal property. Two staff members accused me of 'snooping' on their lot and used profanity toward me. Eventually, all three employees surrounded me, raising their voices and calling me a liar in front of a teenager who was with me. It was a humiliating and intimidating experience. I ended up taking a $40 Uber to a different location, wasting two hours of my trip. I stand by these facts and would rather pay extra to go elsewhere than deal with th

Rented a car Christmas Eve with no delays and got the friendliest, most helpful agents ever, plus a full security-assisted check-up of the vehicle before driving off the lot. I had even mistakenly rented an electric vehicle online, and the agent gave me a nice gas vehicle instead at no extra cost. I then dropped it off two weeks later, with different staff members but all similarly cheerful, helpful, and easy to work with. I had gotten a parking ticket and, from what I read online, I thought Avis' policy would add an extra $20 fee - they instead advised me to pay it myself to avoid the fee. Everyone there wants to help and does it with a smile, and eliminated any concerns about our experience. Always choose Avis, and this one is a gem!
