This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with a rental company. I made a reservation online with Avis expecting that the vehicle I reserved would actually be available when I arrived at the Macon, GA location. Instead, I was told there were no cars available at all. That completely defeats the purpose of having an online reservation system. The employees working the counter were extremely rude and dismissive. Rather than trying to help or explain the situation, they acted annoyed that customers were even asking questions. There was no effort to offer alternatives, no attempt to help find another vehicle, and no real concern about the inconvenience caused. I went to the Avis location to rent a car, but their system was not working and would not allow the reservation to be completed. As a result, I was unable to rent the vehicle. I also spent money on an Uber to get to the location, which ended up being a wasted expense due to the system issue. The associate at the counter did try to help, and I appreciate her effort, but unfortunately the system problems made it impossible to complete the booking. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

This Avis accepted an online reservation but upon arrival to the airport, they claimed that they no longer had any cars and weren't accepting any reservations. They charged my card and then told me that I had to call another number to request a refund that should have been automatically processed.This is a level of professionalism I have never experienced with any other car rental service.

They are the worse car rental company in thos area . Please avoid them. The lady here today is rude and was late. Please check your car prior to getting anything from this company. I obtained a tore up car with bad brakes. The video will be attached be careful. Please use another company.
