I want to take a moment to recognize Eduardo from the AVIS and Budget location in Manassas. As a long-time customer with President’s Club status, I’ve had the opportunity to interact with many rental agents—but Eduardo stands out every time. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure I’m taken care of, always making the effort to find a great car for me. His attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to excellent customer service never disappoint. Eduardo truly makes the rental experience smooth and enjoyable, and his dedication is greatly appreciated.

Safe to say the issue of cigarette smoke is no longer an issue. Needed a rental due to mine being in a shop - went to their website and reserved a car for the next morning. Pickup was quick, and when needing to extend for a few days it was all quick and easy over the phone. Drop off was even quicker. Thanks!

Rental, perfect ! Customer service sucked!! Car had small issue but we figured it out no thanks to the lady that hung up on us. Turn it took 3 minutes.

I was double charged for a rental. Corporate has not been helpful. The customer service agent on the phone told me it was easier on them if I just disputed the charge through my bank. I called Avis three times over the extra charge and was told a different story each time. When I looked at my full invoice, it looks different from my previous Avis invoices and has "4 additional days" as the charge for the vehicle. No regular charges at all, just 4 additional days. I only had the car for 4 days, and I prepaid for the rental. There were no additional days. I explained that I prepaid to the guy when I picked up and he grunts and tells me to put my card in the reader. The guy told me to run my card for the $200 deposit and with no explanation $505 pops up and processes before I can pull my car
