Avis Car Rental

I have never experienced a situation like I have experienced today with renting a car. I used my Costco membership to take advantage of a discount offer on a rental car like I have in the past and had no issue. I scheduled, as it was available to me a time to pick up a car today from Avis. I was very pleased with the price I was given and went at my scheduled time to pick up a car from the location I selected. Once I got to location I was greeted nicely by a gentleman named Alex, told him I was here to pick up a car. Prior to my arrival, I called and spoke with a women( possible call center) and she stated that I was able to come in at an earlier time as I asked. When I arrived, Alex first told me he didn’t see my reservation and then proceeded to say that he would put me on Waiting list b

I reserved a car through Costco Travel. The guys at the counter were friendly and sociable, the rental process was seamless, and the car I received was clean and had less than 10,000 miles on it. Very satisfied!

An awful and time consuming experience every visit. They rarely have or give me the vehicle I have reserved, always shuffling me an economy car. Nothing's ever cleaned, nor has gas. Combine that with bad, sarcastic and condescending attitudes from some employees and lack of knowledge from the others, this location is a disgrace from top to bottom. 0 stars. Alex and his crew are embarrassing. My most recent vehicle was "cleaned" for almost an hour to end up with a dirty, sticky and missing a visor, along with plenty of exterior damage and interior stains.

Walked into this Avis rental the first thing I experienced was a mold smell along with a dirty floor . The man at the counter immediately was rude when I told him I’ve never been there before, not only that but I came in for an Uber rental , the rental information given was completely inaccurate and the worker got disrespectful all while sitting on a phone. I will never come to this location again and would tell all Uber renters to go to HERTZ! Never give Avis your business this is absolutely disgusting and the price is over 100$ in difference per week!!! Save yourself the lies and headache of making an appointment online because you will be lied to and treated with disrespect when you arrive anyways!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER COMING BACK HIGHLY DISSATISFIED

Alex is a super friendly owner even when you’re asking him tons of questions, he never shows impatience but rather will take the time to answer with a smile. He is respectful and truly cares about his customers. The place is clean and the staff welcoming. Keep up the great work 🇭🇹!
