Bobbie Jo is great. There was a lady in front of me that was trying to rent a car. The lady didnt have her things in order to actually rent the car. After listening to her complain and yell at Bobbie Jo, Bobbie Jo professional told her how to fix the problem. The lady still didnt want to listen. So all the negative reviews have to be from people who do not comprehend. When it was my turn, she was polite and not rude to me. Service was fast and completed in a timely manner. Bobbie Jo tells you all the fees and surcharges upfront. No surprises. Thank you for the professional and polite service. Get your stuff together people!

Avis as a company is super shady. I read the rental contract thoroughly before renting a car here. I knew to return the car with a full tank of gas and provide a receipt to avoid the "fuel service charge". When I returned my car, I presented the receipt for the gas and the associate said "No worries, I believe you" and refused to even look at the receipt for the gas. She then gave me a printed receipt for the rental transaction with the charges I was expecting. A few hours later I get an email from Avis with an e-receipt showing that they decided to fraudulently tack on the fuel service charge anyway after the fact. I had to spend the better part of an hour getting through a ridiculous AI phone tree, only to get transferred multiple times after getting through to an actual human and then

Best price, amazing Customer Service. Brand new vehicle , fast pick up and return. Moving daughter from college never been so easy. Marlboro location on BostonPost Road is so convenient. Five stars no doubt.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. We rented a car for 2 days and won more than a month of headaches!!!! I'm fighting for more than a month to get my holding deposit back. $200,00 charged in our debit card. More than 20 calls and a bunch of emails and each time a different excuse. Already sended all the bank charges and they just came with a different excuse each time. - We rented the car in Marlborough (MA) and returned in Lafayette (IN). -First, they just didn't close our contract after we returned the car. -Then almost 20 days latter I was abble to get this information and tried to fix a problem that AVIS causes. -For my suprise when they finally closed our contract they charge me 98 dollars fee for fuel (to be very clear the cara was returned more than 20 days before that with full tha

Rented a car in New Jersey and brought it here for return. I did return the car at the end of the day, but the visibly annoyed women working at the counter completely changed the original rate. I paid $242 and out of nowhere when I returned the car, they changed everything to $507. It was evident they did this out of spite. I had to submit a complaint to get the difference refunded which took a week. I had another rental for a trip to Puerto Rico which I canceled and will completely avoid Avis in the future. Will stick to Enterprise.
