Avis Car Rental

Beware if you lose your card. They will attempt to charge the full amount you already paid to a new card! Making funds unavailable… and if you refuse to give every cent you have left(because it’s already been paid once before ) they ban ya..and anyone in your group 😆. Update/ they charged my new card without authorization! Looking into legal actions, against company!

The transaction was fast the car was almost brand new and in great condition. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice and knowledgeable. They even mailed my ez- pass to me as I forgot it in the rental. Cost was as stated and they didn’t try to add on any things like other places I’ve rented from. A+++++++++++++++

Friendly staff had a vehicle that was comfortable and roomy I was able to leave my personal car there till we return the car the next day great prices

Drove down here from an hour and a half away after speaking to them on the phone Because Enterprise Wouldn't have a truck available for me in which I've rented from before previously. I have driven an hour and a half after speaking with this branch I had a reservation set in place ready to go upon arrival trying to pay they said because of my credit they couldn't allow the rental. Huge waste of time as now I have an hour and a half drive all the way back home completely ruined the plans for this weekend. This is the type of stuff they need to explain to customers or any interested people over the phone while setting up a reservation instead of having somebody waste time and money

I rent from here 5-10 times a year and have never had an issue. The cars are new, clean, and in great overall condition. The staff is always very kind and helpful. I cant recommend them enough.
