My first rental at this location was booked through Budget, who work together. The service was great; the guy was very attentive and quick. 02/28/26 noon time. His ask me choices the cars and more updates

Terrible Customer Service! BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK WITH AT ALL If your book through a 3rd party insurance or an addition driver they will cancel your reservation without informing and will not honor your bookings only to charge you an exorbitant price on the day of your reservation in order to rebook. !!! NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHAT-SO-EVER !!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

this is my third time renting a car ( last time 3 years ago), everything was ok. the guy at the Desk was welcoming, the car was good as booked online. everything was ok. thank you

So many issues!! I travel constantly and am continually on mini leases. This location has been the worst I have ever used. Almost 2 months after I returned the vehicle I am still waiting on a credit for the over charges. Dates were messed up from my initial rental which then affected my following rental. Rather than allowing me to keep the vehicle I had, I was told I needed to upgrade to a more expensive vehicle since it would not be the same mini lease. I spent hours on the phone and have talked to numerous customer service reps just to get passes along to someone else. Definitely not the experience I am accustom to with Budget.

Just waiting and waiting while worker appears to be on a personal call. Horrible. It’s unreal. Talking about kids gym & coaches. Been here 10 minutes. ZERO ACKNOWLEDGMENT. Finally I asked. Still on his personal call. Super insulting. He seemed nice in the end apologized for taking car of a “family emergency”. But he could have at least acknowledged my being there and asked me to please wait. Need much better manners for sure.
