Worst car rental in the world. Stay away from Avis downtown. From 4000 people in a cruise we ended up last. Then the line at the branch was enormous. This all rent already takes us 3 hours and we don't see the end of it. Plus the stuff is rude. If I could rate 0 I would do that.

Very. Very rude, lies. Just waiting to see my final bill because I just know there will be some bs charges. Because of this I’ll be closing my company account and will require all my employees to use a different rental company from now on. Completely ruined this company for me. Shuttle was supposed to run until 4 yet staff says that stops at 1:30. On the return trip from the cruise terminal the shuttle. Which was completely empty didn’t even stop at the pick up spot. I ran to the driver and asked where he was going. Said he was going to make a loop but never came back. Another 45mins to an hour waiting before a different shuttle and driver arrived. It is chaos. Disorganized please do not go here and see if yourself the headache and endless waiting. Go somewhere else.
