Avis Car Rental

I had a great experience with this car rental company, I am renting from them since three years. Harris and team were very friendly, professional, and respectful especially one gentleman his name is maddy, he was very good in explaining the policies. They treated customers politely and explained everything clearly. The whole process was smooth and comfortable I was in the office just three minutes and they finished the whole process that quick. There cars were clean and good condition. I really appreciate their good customer service and would definitely recommend this place to others.

I strongly caution anyone considering this car rental company: avoid them at all costs. I was given a filthy vehicle, both inside and out. The interior had clearly not been cleaned, and to make matters worse, there was bird droppings (see picture) on the exterior, right near the rear passenger door. I was embarrassed when my mother entered the back seat, saw the mess and commented on it. When I raised the issue with the counter representative upon returning the vehicle, he admitted that they don’t have access to a car wash at the rental site as if that justified the condition. That’s no excuse. Their response showed a complete lack of care and zero accountability. If you absolutely must rent from them, inspect the car thoroughly before driving off.
