Avis Car Rental

I’ve been with Avis for about two years now, and I’ve never had any issues. Their customer service is top-notch, and I’ve always been able to get a car when I needed one, especially for my Uber driving. They now offer mostly electric cars, so if that’s what you’re looking for, definitely check out Avis in Norcross. Just keep in mind that they mostly have electric vehicles, so if you need gas cars, you might want to look elsewhere. Plus, Albert and Dre’s customer service is totally awesome and amazing! Overall, it’s an amazing place with great people and the best customer service ever!

I had a great experience with this Avis location! The process was super smooth, customer service was friendly which is not common for most rental car companies. Another highlight is that they actually had accurate availability. Many other places I tried to rent from said they had a vehicle on hand, but then the location would call and say that was inaccurate. So I was happy about that! Would definitely recommend!

As an Avis Preferred Customer, I have used this location exclusively for the past 3 years to travel out of state 600 miles RT, 2x a month for family health obligations. The staff (Albert and Dre) has been and continues to provide excellent customer service and delivers clean, tank filled and road ready cars. If there are any issues with my reservation, they call me in advance and explain any reason for the delay in pick up time or change in available car type. I expect and receive prompt communication, good customer service, and a clean road ready, fuel filled vehicle. Like any company, there will always be a staff member that may not measure up and changes are made. I will continue to use this location for the above reasons.

Cars always dirty, gas is always on half tank never full. Never have the size car I reserved forcing you to upgrade for a higher price. Management lack communication skills

Absolutely terrible experience with this rental location. First we arrived and they did not have a car, we had pre paid and booked in advance. We thought about that for a moment and went back to complain and were eventually given a car. About a mile down the road we noticed the tyre pressure was low on one tyre so we inflated it. The brakes also felt a bit spongy. We planned to go back the next day but by the next morning the tyre was flat. We called the roadside assistance and they took the car to the Avis repair center. After that the customer service was farcical, nobody could tell us where the car was or whether it had been returned. As you can imagine by this time we were well and truly done with Avis. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. The branch doesn't answer
