I recently rented a vehicle from Avis and had a great experience from start to finish. The booking process was simple and straightforward, and the agent named Lori was professional, friendly, and efficient when I arrived to pick up the car. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I reserved, which made my trip stress-free and comfortable. What stood out most was the excellent customer service. The team took the time to answer my questions, explain the rental terms clearly, and ensure I was satisfied before leaving the lot. Love it when an employee goes out of their way to help a customer. This was by far my best rental experience during those holiday chaos days. The girl at the m desk I believe her name is Lori and the other older gentleman went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed in a smooth and simple process. Avis will see a lot of me because of these two. Thanks again guys.

This was one of the worst customer service encounters I’ve ever had in my life. The employee at the counter was rude, aggressive, and openly hostile from the moment I asked a basic question about my reservation. He spoke condescendingly, used profanity, and repeatedly talked over me as if I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. What makes this even more alarming is that he refused to follow Avis policy regarding vehicle rental, could not properly explain why, and refused to provide his name or identify himself when asked. When I calmly requested clarification or a manager, his behavior escalated instead of de-escalating. If I could leave a lower review, I would. I booked my reservation through Uber to use for my business. I called ahead of time to confirm my reservation and payment information and was told that I had to speak with a different department. The lady on the line was very rude and not informative at all. I got the phone number to contact Uber and confirm my reservation. I was told that if I had the proper documentation and arrived before 4 PM that I would be able to come and pick up the rental. I was driving from Fort Pierce all the way to Miami to get this rental. upon arriving, I got there at 3:30 and as I was walking in there was A young black woman with a ponytail and an Avis shirt walking out with a gentleman, and the gentleman said she will be back shortly. I have dealt with many car services but Avis is the only one I will do business with moving forward because of people like Ricardo at the Aventura location. He is so patient and he takes his time with you he doesn't rush you he makes you feel like you matter and your business is very appreciated. He always has a smile and he puts the customers first above all else. He is the poster boy for what amazing and authentic customer service and support should be. I live in Fort Lauderdale but I will drive all the way to the Avis Aventura location just for their spectacular customer service and wonderful cars.
