Am currently outside the shop waiting to return my car for 8am. It is Xmas Eve but there are no signs posted for a change in hours, yet no one is here. Phone number doesn’t work. Customer service is useless. Only solution I was offered was to pay for another day.
Rental car that I reserved not available. Worker offered no solution, not to mention he didn't arrive at work until 9:10 when I was waiting to pick up the car at 9. I had to ask a family member to drive me to TF Green (30 min away) to get a car. Unprofessional and disappointing. Don't use this location.
Insane! I suppose to pick up a car at 6:00, I went there by 5:30, place was empty, door’s close. What kind of business is that. No respect for costumes
Worst rental experience I've had. Vehicle wasn't in shape to drive in January, charged ridiculous fees upon return. I should have read the other reviews and stayed away before renting from a disreputable shop.
Great place to rent a car, originally rented a car for a week and then had two extend it another three weeks due to mechanical problems with my own car. Great customer service from this place, shocked about all the one star reviews and how entitled people are. Will definitely rent from here again in the future.
