Terrible scheduling and customer service. Don't use. Car wasn't ready at appointment time, and guy on phone said he was going to cancel our reservation anyway. The day of appointment, without warning. Leaving us high and dry when we had an appointment to get to. Never go through this location.

Eddie & Mike both are the BEST. This is my first ever car renting experience in America, Both the customer service advisors were always ready to help, answer all questions and made sure you are always 100% satisfied. The best customer service, I really like this location and recommend!!

Overall it was good but 3 star because they double charged me because they didn't want to take the time to fix their own problem. I prepaid and told them that when I picked up, they had a problem with their system but said they would fix it for when I dropped off over a week later because they had to call the support team. They did not and when I dropped off the car the man charged my card again after I told him not to and showed proof of payment. He said he didn't have time to figure it out, ran my card without my permission and told me to call customer service if I thought it was a problem. I sat on the phone with customer service who obviously reversed the double charge, apologized and said they would talk to them so it doesn't happen again. They don't pick up their phone, I tried calling to extend the time of using the car and they didn't pick up for an hour and a half. Then when they finally picked up they couldn't find my Dad's info that is using the car rental even though they took his ID and Debit card number. He didn't have the confirmation number with him at the time so they ended up charging him an additional 800 bucks. So they can't identify their customers after taking all of their information but they are super fast to charge your bank accounts for late fees.
