Avis Car Rental

I’ll never rent from this company again, so I book it online I was trying to figure out what there deposit amount was and there sites are so unclear, it said a range 200-300 what does it change depending on the employees mood, and another site said it will hold up to $300 that includes rental fees. So I pay online and it only charged me the rental fee so I called the store, and she tells me the amount they’re gonna hold is 250 so if she knows why can’t they fix there website, so I told her I just made my reservation five minutes ago can she cancel it and refund my money, she said no it’s set in stone. So because there website can’t givecyou straight answer and absolutely no refunds when it’s there mess up I’m done with them, beware you pay more here and no refunds

Heads up to anyone renting and using a debit card- they will ask for your SSN and do a "soft credit check" you must have a score of 650 or higher to get approved. I recommend Enterprise, cheaper & no credit check required.

Very pleasant experience all around with clean, well maintained vehicles. And as a debit card user, I can book same day and rent from this location.

Do not rent from this Avis location if you need to leave your car overnight!! When I pulled up in my car to pick up a rental on a Saturday, there was a sign on the office window stating "No personal cars allowed to stay in the parking lot overnight." The customer service rep offered no nearby overnight parking suggestions and stated, "The norm is to use an Uber." Really?! Since I went through a 3rd-party app, I wouldn't have know this (I rent cars frequently and have never had this problem). Because of time and need (my family was with me to head out of town), I rented the vehicle, but had to cut the family outing short to make sure my personal vehicle was not in their lot "overnight". I rented from this location due to an auto accident and specifically requested no added services due to not being able to be reimbursed by insurance for services. Come to find out they charged me $1026 for services I didn’t request. Then I was told they would refund me $650, waited over a month getting the run around, then I’m told they decided not to issue the refund! Horrible customer service!
