Fast and easy, booked through booking.com as an Aussie leave the currency in USD on the app otherwise you will get charged extra and have limited selection with AUD. Older gentleman at the desk was pleasant and efficient on pick up and drop off. Car smelt of cigarette upon pick up but I gave them a call and they put a note on the file. Will use these guys again. No issues at all. Recommend. As always use your own vigilance by inspecting the car and taking photos before hand.
Be careful to choose Avis there folks! I used Avis multiple times, and there was nobody there in return car(it happened to me multiple times), so I left the car and took the shuttle to the airport. However I received a damage capture from Avis, and I'm very shocked, it makes no sense as I didn't scratch the car in my trip, if there is a scratch, it's already there, why I need to pay for this? I'm very disappointed for the ONT airport service. Leave enough evidence when you pick up your car.
Pick up the car this morning. Inside of the car very dirty. I was trying to clean by myself. But too much work. I even need to go car wash to clean.
Place SUCKS. We were about lil late NO CAR. Can't control airplane.
Called from the airport bc there was not 1 person at the Avis counter to help the 20+ people in line to see if I can get any information, the manager informed me they are independently operated so the long and short of it is that - us stranded at the airport is not our problem. Way to go Avis
