5 days after returning my rental they are hitting me with a fraudulent $450 cleaning fee. They did not mention any issues at drop off or provide any photos or evidence of the supposed issue.

Would never return after a fraudulent cleaning cost. Had to call the better business bureau to get it resolved.

The two guys were great, very customer minded and flexible with the return of the car I’ll be back to this place next time

This location is my first choice for renting cars in this area. The reason is the manager, Brad. In a business that can easily feel anonymous, corporate and unpredictable, this gentleman (and his colleague, whose name I forget) consistently deliver the safe, clean vehicle I’ve paid for, and they do it in a professional, personable way. So, a high standard of safety and calm, clear communication. They’ll answer all your questions. Highly recommend.
