I rented a car from Avis at Philadelphia Airport (PHL) and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and exactly as promised. The staff was professional and friendly — especially Michael , who went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel well taken care of. Returning the car was quick and hassle-free. Avis provided great service and Maik delivered outstanding customer care. Highly recommended!

Have had the pleasure of renting many times from Avis at PHL airport when flying back east from California; they always make the trip hospitable. From Juliet at the check-in desk to Andre at the drop off, these friends have taken care of me and ensured I feel welcomed (quite literally asking about family) and ensure a safe trip. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Chelsea Moses, the Manager at the Philadelphia Airport Avis, is an absolute standout. After an exhausting 11-hour drive due to a cancelled flight from Savannah, my family arrived stressed and tired. Chelsea and her staff went completely above and beyond, showing incredible grace and responsiveness while helping us track down my son’s cell phone. Their dedication to helping us was a masterclass in customer service. The excellence started before we even hit the road, too. Easy to get in and out. However my first car was blocked in and no one could move it so they gave me another car. That 2nd car smelled like weed. But everything else was fine. Dropping off was a breeze as Andre was a huge help.
