I had a wonderful experience renting from Avis, and I want to give a special thank-you to Kerryanne for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made the check-in process quick and easy, clearly explained all the rental details, and ensured I was comfortable with my vehicle before I left. The car was clean, reliable, and exactly what I needed for my trip. Kerryanne’s positive attitude and attention to detail truly made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond, but she definitely did. Because of Kerryanne and the smooth overall service, I will absolutely choose Avis again in the future and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a hassle

Solid partner for Uber drivers—great support when it matters. ​I’ve been using Avis for my Uber rentals, and they’ve been a reliable partner in keeping me on the road. Specifically, I appreciated their responsiveness when I ran into a vehicle issue. I had a flat tire recently, and the team was quick to help me resolve it so I could get back to work without losing too much time. It’s rare to find a rental service that understands the urgency of rideshare driving, but Avis has consistently helped me out whenever possible. Highly recommend for any drivers looking for a professional experience.

If I could give ZERO stars, I WOULD! The WORST customer service on the planet. The employees are extremely disrespectful! I had a reservation for a rental and was told that IF there were a car available, I will be receiving a call. Why would I wait around for a call? Where is the proper customer service for your customers? The manager and female employee who were extremely confrontational refused to provide their names. The manager was screaming in his native language over the employee’s phone instead of calling me, THE CUSTOMER, directly! The next day, they even allowed other customers to enter and locked the door on me and my children! I called corporate and corporate was able to create me a new reservation and the disgusting employees at this location cancelled without an explanation! H

The representative Lorie was awful and proved to be of no assistance at all. Lacking Professionalism & Integrity. 1- They(Avis Rep Lorie) gave me a vehicle that later broke down on me after 1 day of driving. 2- Rep Lorie refused to render service or aide. 3- Rep Lorie refused to speak with customer service to assist. 4- Called Mall security in attempt to remove me from the premises. 5- 10 days later and my reservation is still open with no refund issued. Never got a replacement vehicle. 6- When asked for her name by mall security - she refused to provide it. 7- Rep Lorie continued to take other customers while I stood there patiently waiting on the phone with customer service. 8- Rep Lorie laughed in my face and to security when they asked her why she refused to render assistance/service.

I arrived at 8:00 AM on New Year’s Eve (2025) and had the single worst customer service experience of my life. I had a "Paid in Full" reservation through Discounts at Work, but the agent refused to honor it. She claimed the discount code was "no good" and forced me to pay an additional $70, while also stripping away the upgrades that were already included in my prepaid booking. When I asked to cancel the transaction because they weren't honoring the price, I was told it had already been processed and I would be charged regardless. This is the textbook definition of a bait and switch. Beyond the shady billing, the professionalism was non-existent: The agent was on a personal call via AirPods the entire time I was at the counter. She refused to give me her name when asked.
