Avis Car Rental

This review is 100% for Judy. She made the process so easy and fast. When I arrived the line was out the door. She was working so hard to get each customer in and out as quickly as possible. She was answering phones, processing payments, answering questions, etc. She was doing the job of 2 people. Despite the pressure of demanding customers, she kept her cool, was pleasant and professional with each individual… by far the best customer service I have experienced. The car was in great condition, I booked through Costco and was able to get a nice discount.

They had the car I had hoped for, I was happy about that. The morning I picked it up the counter lady acted like she was not happy to be there and not friendly. When I dropped off the car there was a different front counter lady working. She made you want to be there. She was friendly, outgoing and upbeat with all of us customers. I believe her name is Judy.

I pick up my rental today. 11/9 @ 11am. The lady that helped me out was super friendly and she made my reservation check out very easy and stress free. 10/10 for the customer service.

UPDATE : I have now rented over half dozen times, for various durations. Judy, Valarie are stand outs, however the entire staff is friendly. Keep it up! ********** I have been regularly renting cars for business and pleasure at various locations. Usually rental companies try to upsell you some service while you drive out(Fuel, Extra Insurance etc.) or come up with some excuse to make you pay while you return! The fact that Judy and the team did nothing of the sort, is already good. On top of that they maintain cars in excellent shape, renting out and returning takes all of 5 minutes put together is a huge plus. The entire process was very stress free with Excellent customer service . I will definitely be giving them more business in the future.
