Apparently, no stars is not an option. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION. BARELY 2.9 STARS SHOULD TELL YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW. I made a reservation through Ubers’ marketplace to rent a vehicle to drive with Uber. The car was approved by Uber. when I get to the location what should’ve been a very easy In-N-Out thing became more of a headache. The gentleman went against the Avis and Uber policy of not charging a security deposit and tried to charge me $450 security deposit almost twice the weekly rental amount for the vehicle.. I was surprised and told a gentleman to hold on. I was gonna contact Uber. He threw a hissy fit and told me that the car that I had that I had reserved was not approved for Uber, and in fact, the only cars that he had that were electric (the wee

Absolutely incompetent workers at the desk. The older lady was being rude as i walked in and asked a simple question about the inventory that they offer I asked to see some options have for sedans she replied asking if I want a Small medium or large vehicle as if I’m placing a order at McDonald’s once I was able to get her and the Ethiopian gentleman to comprehend that I was looking for a sedan they rudely tried to force me into a Camry claiming that was the only option. I had to leave as I could not waste my time with such fools who make simple tasks difficult.
