Great experience with Russ! He was very nice and provided excellent customer service. He worked with me on pickup and was very accommodating. Made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Never had an issue with this place until yesterday. My husband called and reserved a car and pre paid in advance. He forgot his card at home to pay for the other part. And now they are refusing to relay that into renting another car and we are unable to get our $700 back. Its ridiculous for a family going through hard times and this greedy company decides to steal from us.

Not only did they upgrade me several sizes higher, but I was in and out both for pickup and drop off in less than ten minutes with other customers ahead of me. Highly recommend

I booked a "pay now" rental online before coming in. Before completing my check out I called to verify that I wasn't going to have a problem with staying within my $500 credit limit on that card. I was assured over the phone that I wouldn't have to pay anything additional once I got to the store. I booked the rental. I arrived at the store less than an hour later to find out that Victor on the phone was incorrect and that now I either had to pay an additional $250 for a deposit or be without a vehichle and the $350 that I had already spent. My card declined and I was asked to make another payment to my card while in the store. When I stated that I am not sure if it would go through right away and be available for use I was told "I have the same card and it works when I do it" Not wanting t

We recently rented a car from Avis in Puyallup and it’s was a great experience! We had an 2025 CX-5 which was awesome! Also, the employees were superb both when we picked up the vehicle and when we returned it. Finally we saved almost half the cost from picking it up from the airport! I would not hesitate to rent from here again.
