Our experience renting from this facility was seamless; Brandon at the front was kind and efficient and helped us even when we requested a different car for our trip. He made the necessary changes without any issue and even made sure the new car was freshly cleaned and vacuumed before we headed out. Highly recommend!

Would be zero stars if I could. Had a last-minute change of plans for a business trip. Booked a car online Sunday early afternoon. Received my confirmation and everything was good for an 8am Monday morning pickup. Arrived at 7:55am Monday morning and waited. Noone showed up to the place until 8:20. Once the guy showed up he proceeded to give me and the other customers waiting all the excuses about why he was late and then finally let us in. After turning the lights on and getting on his computer he asked me my name. Once he looked me up, he said I don't have a car for you, your reservation was made online and corporate left our reservations open even though we don't have anything available. That was it, no offer to assist me or to try to find a car at another location or anything like that

Corporate does not communicate with the branches. This location is good, but after making a change to my reservation online and calling to confirm, the branch did not have availability. The company needs to be more considerate of the branches and customers.

It would be zero stars if that was possible. I had a pick up time of noon. I’m running late but have picked up cars later than scheduled many times without issue. At 12:15 I was called and asked where I was. I told the man on the phone that I would be there shortly. He responded very rudely “fine” and hung up on me. I immediately called back and asked if that conversation was over. He was still rude and said I was late. Then he started mocking my responses to him. I will NEVER rent from this Avis again.

Sorry my review for my good review to a bad review. I. Had a car from. Them. And had it for about 4 months then I let it go back and needed it again got to the location and was told that I could not get the car with out a credit card now for 4 months never had a credit card at all. Paid for the car on time each time now my credit a problem here the owner tell it and just know paid. Good money for that car too
