Avis Car Rental

I’ve been renting from this location for about a year, and it’s easily one of my favorite Uber rental centers. They consistently have a solid selection of vehicles, and the process is always fast and straightforward. Cindy, Justin, and Trina go above and beyond with their friendly, professional service—they truly make every visit a great experience. Whenever something unexpected comes up, they handle it quickly and keep me moving without stress. Whether it’s a recall or a flat tire, I can always count on them to provide a clean, reliable car so I can continue serving my clients smoothly.

I needed a rental on short notice due to my car needing repairs. The staff worked with me to find a car when they were super short on availability. I only needed it for a portion of the rented time and they gave me a fantastic rate and allowed me early discounted return. My only issue is that a previous customer had smoked in the car and I expressed this to staff. They said they were aware it was no worries to me and "we got you." I will definitely return. I drive for Uber so I get a rental through Avis. I feel like Avis should be in contact with Uber to let them know they don’t have gas vehicles. They only have electric vehicles so then Uber can update their app to let the people know when Avis only have electric. Because every Avis I visit is the same thing we all out of gas vehicles for Uber drivers we only have electric then the vehicles is not charging towards its max charge I guess because they have it set first electric vehicle I had it did charge to the maximum the second one I got charged only at 188 and didn’t go past that the third one I had only got 133 and would not charge no further so when they tell me, they don’t have gas vehicles for Uber. Staff is nice but I called and reserved a vehicle but when I got there was informed that they didn't have any vehicles available. I would have appreciated if when I made the reservation that they would have been honest and told me that they didn't have any vehicles available .I would not have wasted my time and gas going there.
