I wish I could give more than 5 stars. So, going back to yesterday, we rented a car from Budget at the Oklahoma City airport. Dodge Hornet. Tiny SUV and just a terrible car. Loud, uncomfortable … but mostly when I started the car a warning came up that said “oil change required.” OK … until I parked it in my sister-in-law’s driveway and it started hemorrhaging oil all over there driveway that had never seen an oil leak. That wasn’t gonna work and we didn’t want to be the people that missed their flight because the engine seized up heading back to the airport. Called Budget’s national customer service line. I've never rented a car before so I nervous because I have read bad reviews about budget car rental. The guy working there was so amazing he walked me thru everything. It was easy and hassle free! I will definitely be going back there if I need to rent another car!!! If I could give him 10 stars I would!
