Travelling from Sweden we truly appreciated the Perfect service! Picked up a little early, quickly processed and a fantastic car with GPS! Can absolutely recommend this Avis.

Worst experience. They canceled our car but not applogiezed and extremely unfriendly. Not saying hi/bye too. Go to Enterprise right next - much more professional.

Great customer service experience at time of drop off. Great location easy to get around and navigate to.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Was on the phone for 45- 1 hour with representatives to see if I could pick up my rental early. After all that time I was told to just go there because it should t be a problem. I drove 45 minutes to the location to pick up my rental and upon arrival I pull in the lot to find all the windows of every vehicle was smashed out! I get out of the care against my better judgment and walked up to the door not realizing there was a hand written sign I called once again another representative and let her know. I then found the sign on the door that read “Due to a break in we will be closed until Monday. All drop off and pick ups must go to the Syr Airport.” Never once was I notified, never once on the hour and some on the phone did any of the 6 representatives that I talked

I really need a rental today, but after reading all the negative reviews and the fake good reviews, I'm very hesitant. One person charged an extra $450 for unseen pet hairs, another charged extra for no gas, even though the tank is full, someone given a car smelling of marijuana, bad attitudes from the employees., cars with bald tires, no heat b/c car needed antifreeze. OMG, get it together or close this place down.
