Looking for a rental car? Perfect, they’ve got plenty! Just don’t get too attached to the specific one you actually reserved. But hey, wheels are wheels, right? Customer service? Oh, they’ve got that too, in the same way a cactus has water. Efficient, to the point, and mildly prickly. No small talk, no “can I offer you a bottle of water,” just a swift “here’s your car, have fun.” All in all, if you value efficiency over charm and mystery over accuracy, this is your place. You’ll drive off wondering what happened, but at least you’ll be driving. 🚗💨

I've rented 4 vehicles with this company. First vehicle had pine needles everywhere and told the guy at the counter im not cleaning that up before turning it in. I was told not to worry about it, its already noted 2nd car, same thing. Pine needles and dog fur in the 2nd. I told the guy at the counter and he said not to worry about it, they're busy ans couldn't get to it. After 2 rentals, I understand they are busy and dont have time to clean everyone before they send them back out. Its disgustingly unprofessional but their prices were hard to ignore. 3rd car was also a disaster and didn't tell the guy it was a mess anymore. This company doesn't clean before renting the cars out and will randomly inspect them after 3 or 4 rentals and blame the last customer. I see im not the only one with this issue now I read their reviews. Non smoker, rented an SUV that was somewhat dirty, not the worst and smelled funny but wasn't sure what it was. I dont smoke so I didn't consider what I was smelling to be smoke smell. I dropped our SUV off and was billed for smoke cleaning a few days later and now I read these reviews I see this company doesn't care to inspect. Randomly checks the cars and bill the last client. I explained this to their customer service and the exact answer was "it's been charged and we don't reverse charges just because you claim you didn't smoke". I made an online reservation at this location and pre-paid. The location called me to inform me that they had no cars, and that I needed to call AVIS customer service to cancel the reservation. I did this and was charged a $150 cancelation fee, for AVIS not having cars available. Avoid this place like the plague, and AVIS in general!

Terrible customer service, no one wants to take ownership of the issue, all they want is to just pass you around to someone else. I booked a SUV for our family weekend trip. The morning of the day I am supposed to pick up the car, I get a call saying sorry we do not have a SUV at your pickup location, however please call the SeaTac location and they will have a SUV for you. So I call them and the guy reserves a SUV no problem. 5 min later I get another call from a manager saying sorry we do not have the SUV, and asks me to call another location. I call them and no SUVs and says call the national customer service number for any further help. Thank God I was able to find a SUV at the last min at Enterprise.
