Avis Car Rental

Very disappointing for a “premiere” rental company. Got stuck with an EV for a weekend roadtrip and had to deal with slow or malfunctioning public chargers in rural FL that derailed my plans significantly. I get that stuff happens and they ran out of other cars, but for them to not offer any kind of rate compensation and/or resources for navigating charging needs while giving me a “deal with it” attitude was highly disappointing and off putting. Adding to my frustration was the malfunctioning cruise control and speaker system (Ford MachE is equipped with good speakers, so something was clearly wrong with it)- not ideal for a roadtrip. Will be avoiding Avis from now on.

The young lady at the desk provided me with information regarding car rentals for a trip I am planning in mid-September.

Was extremely satisfied with the service I received when renting my vehicle. Martina was excellent: very friendly, patient, and professional. She took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made the process completely smooth and stress-free. She definitely made my experience much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This is too bad I reach at after that they are saying there is no car I don’t like this stupid place.

Roaches and other bugs inside car from the start. I rented the red Tesla model 3 for 1 day. The lady at the front was at least pretty nice.
